OUR PHILOSOPHY
In this century, we are pressed into compliance with the prevailing idea that everything must be done better, faster, using more consumer goods, electronic gadgets, perfection and competitiveness. Parents and children have not escaped this pressure. Meanwhile, our planet becomes more polluted and the emotional and economic price of raising children just grows. It is easy to lose site of what is the true meaning of family.
If the major problems facing the world are to be solved, what could be more important than raising children? And yet, this work is little appreciated. Our long hours and hard efforts often go un-noticed by our society. Criticisms and ‘free advice’ abound, but real information is hard to come by.
Children confuse us with difficult behavior even though we do our best and use strategies we think should work. Families Naturally provides information on developmental research aiding us to identify the variety of factors that cause children to “misbehave.” Families Naturally supports learning tools necessary to help children have cooperative, caring, respectful behavior and healthy development.
Families Naturally helps families develop cohesive, democratic, cooperative, greener, safer, and healthier families where everyone is a winner. Families Naturally helps moms and/or dads stay at home and provides helpful efficiency and organizational skills to make working-outside-the-home parents be more effective.
